• Menu Content: All dish names, descriptions, categories, and pricing information remain your intellectual property
• Images & Media: All photographs, logos, and visual assets uploaded to the platform remain your property
• Business Information: Restaurant name, contact details, location, and branding materials are owned by you
• Analytics Data: All usage statistics and customer insights generated from your menu belong to you

You have the right to export all your data at any time. Upon request, we will provide your complete dataset in a standard, machine-readable format within 48 hours. If you choose to terminate your account, all your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days, or immediately upon request.

Intellectual Property

All software, code, and site architecture of VIBEMENU are the exclusive intellectual property of VIBEMENU and its parent company BSolutions. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Source Code: All frontend and backend code, APIs, and integrations

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the VIBEMENU platform. You may not create derivative works based on our technology without explicit written permission from BSolutions.

Data Integrity

We do not sell restaurant or guest data to third parties. This is a core principle of our business model and is non-negotiable. Your data is never:

• Sold to advertising networks or marketing companies
• Shared with competitors or third-party analytics firms
• Used for purposes outside of providing our service to you
• Monetized in any way beyond your subscription fee
