System Misuse

Any misuse, abuse, or attempt to harm the Vibe Menu system or infrastructure is strictly prohibited.

• Attempting unauthorized access to system resources or databases
• Introducing malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Using automated tools to scrape or harvest data without permission

Right to Terminate

Vibe Menu reserves the right to terminate any subscription plan immediately with no refund if a client is found to be causing harm or abusing the system.

• Violation of system misuse policies outlined above
• Fraudulent payment or chargeback attempts
• Repeated violations of usage policies after warnings
• Use of service for illegal or unethical purposes
• Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity

Legal Consequences

Vibe Menu will pursue all matters of system abuse legally and press charges to the fullest extent of the law.

• Civil lawsuits for damages caused to our infrastructure
• Criminal prosecution for unauthorized access or hacking attempts
• Reporting to law enforcement agencies in relevant jurisdictions
• Seeking compensation for financial losses and legal fees
• Pursuing injunctions to prevent further harmful activities

Refund Policy

Vibe Menu offers a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. We want you to be completely satisfied with our platform.

• You may request a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial subscription payment.
• After the initial 14-day period, all payments are final and non-refundable.
• We do not offer pro-rated refunds for early cancellation of monthly or yearly plans after the 14-day window has passed.
• If you choose to cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (the current month or the current year).
• Disputed charges or fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account termination.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the active service term based on your selected billing interval (monthly or yearly).
